These terms and conditions govern your use of Celtic Psychic's services and website. By booking a session, purchasing a gift card, or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below.
Celtic Psychic is operated by Rae Summers, based in Dee Why, NSW 2099, Australia. If you have any questions, please contact us at rae@celticpsychic.com.
1. Nature of Services
All readings, sessions and related services offered by Celtic Psychic — including psychic readings, intuitive tarot, palmistry and Chinese Face Reading — are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
The following disclaimer is provided in accordance with current Australian legislation: Rae Summers is under obligation to make you aware that all information and readings provided are for entertainment purposes only. No liability will be accepted by Celtic Psychic for any actions taken resulting from a reading or information provided, nor any consequences of such action which may or may not arise from the results.
You are responsible for your own actions with regard to any guidance given during a session.
2. Health & Medical
Any information or insights relating to health matters shared during a reading are offered in the spirit of general guidance only. They must never override the advice of a qualified medical professional, nor interfere with any prescribed treatment or medication. If you have concerns about your health, please consult your doctor.
3. Legal & Financial Matters
Rae Summers is not a legal or financial adviser. Nothing discussed during a session constitutes legal or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such. For matters of a legal or financial nature, please seek the advice of a qualified professional.
4. Minimum Age
The minimum age to receive a reading is 18 years. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who consents to the session taking place.
5. Bookings
Bookings are made online via Acuity Scheduling at celticpsychic.com. Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please arrive on time for your appointment — late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the same rate.
Sessions take place in person at Rae's home studio in Dee Why, NSW. Alternative arrangements, including video call sessions, may be available at Rae's discretion — please get in touch to discuss.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at rae@celticpsychic.com.
Refunds and cancellations are handled at Rae's discretion on a case-by-case basis. We always aim to find a solution that works for everyone.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed against any individual reading session of the corresponding value. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. They are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Celtic Psychic reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card that cannot be verified.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties except as required to operate our services (such as booking and payment processing). 9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Celtic Psychic excludes all liability for any loss, damage or harm — direct or indirect — arising from the use of our services or website, or reliance on any information provided during a session.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
